1. Acceptance of Terms

Refyfi.com provides catering services for corporate events and other occasions, including banquet organization and event servicing. The specific services offered may change over time, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

When using our Service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information when placing orders or making reservations
• Maintain and promptly update your information as necessary
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or through your use of our Service
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security
• Ensure that all persons who access the Service through your internet connection are aware of these Terms
• Not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Comply with all local laws and regulations regarding food safety when receiving our catering services
• Provide accurate event details including timing, location, and number of attendees
• Pay all charges incurred through your use of the Service at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred

4. Ordering and Cancellation Policy

All orders must be placed within the timeframes specified on our Website. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled event time. Late cancellations may result in partial or full charges depending on preparation status. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5. Service Limitations

While we strive to provide excellent service, you acknowledge that:

• Service availability is subject to our current operational capacity
• We cannot guarantee exact delivery times due to traffic and other external factors
• Menu items may vary slightly based on seasonal availability of ingredients
• Special dietary requirements must be communicated in advance and may incur additional charges
• We reserve the right to substitute ingredients or items of equal quality when necessary
• Service in certain remote locations may be limited or unavailable
• Extreme weather conditions may affect our ability to provide services as scheduled
• Maximum capacity limitations apply to certain types of events

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Refyfi and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Russian Federation and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Refyfi.

This includes but is not limited to:

• Our logo, brand name, and slogans
• Menu designs and descriptions
• Photographs of our food and services
• Website design and content
• Marketing materials and promotional content
• Recipes and preparation methods unique to our business

7. Liability Limitations

In no event shall Refyfi, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Service
• Any content obtained from the Service
• Unauthorized access, use or alteration of your transmissions or content
• Food allergies or sensitivities not explicitly communicated to us in writing prior to service
• Circumstances beyond our reasonable control

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for any loss or damage that is not reasonably foreseeable.

8. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Refyfi and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of your use and access of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through:

• Initial good faith negotiation between the parties
• If unresolved within 30 days, mandatory mediation in Moscow, Russia
• If mediation fails, final resolution through arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Russian Arbitration Association

The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator, and the award shall be final and binding on the parties. The language of arbitration shall be Russian. You waive any and all objections to the exercise of jurisdiction over you by such courts and to venue in such courts.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.

11. Force Majeure

Refyfi shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is as a result of Acts of Nature (including fire, flood, earthquake, storm, hurricane or other natural disaster), war, invasion, act of foreign enemies, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), civil war, rebellion, revolution, insurrection, military or usurped power or confiscation, terrorist activities, nationalization, government sanction, blockage, embargo, labor dispute, strike, lockout or interruption or failure of electricity or telephone service.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
